Instructions…. Sugar paste – Wash and dry mould. Although the mould does not require a release agent, Cornflour may be used, however it is recommended to dust the sugar paste rather than the mould so no detail is lost. Push in a smooth ball of paste, press evenly and firmly into mould without overfilling. Use a rolling pin and even pressure to ensure all areas are full. Cut any excess paste with a plastic spatula being careful not to cut into the mould. Gently bend mould to remove the embellishment. If the mould is deep, highly detailed or has undercuts, place it into the freezer for 10 minutes to allow the sugar paste to set firm and for easy de-moulding. Fimo and Clay – Fimo can be left in the mould, baked in the oven and taken from the mould once hardened and cooled.
